Skin Symphony: Service Subscription Terms and Conditions
Periodic billing conditions for treatments and services, general terms and conditions updated 7th October 2026.
These terms and conditions are for Monthly and bi-monthly subscriptions for treatments and services paid in advance. Subscriptions related to treatments and services already rendered, are dealt with via individual agreements.
- 1. Subscriptions are set up, collected and paid securely via GoCardless.
- 2. There is NO minimum duration, clients are able to pause and cancel subscription anytime (without penalty).
- 3. For Pause and Cancellation requests, please request these via WhatsApp by the 20th of the month.
- 4. You can pause your subscription indefinitely, without charge and whilst maintaining any existing discount on treatments.
- 5. If you don’t attend an appointment in one month, it can be carried over to another month.
- 6. If you want to book a more expensive service you can top up via PayLink payment.
- 7. If I will take off time for vacations (eg, summer vacations) I will pause the subscriptions for July and August and instead clients can pay me via PayLink instead during those months.
- 8. Subscriptions start at 21 euros monthly.
- 9. If you have paid for the month and would like someone else to attend an appointment instead, you can do this by using your name in the “discount code” part of the booking form. Just make sure that the booking is made in the other person’s name.
- 10. Subscriptions will be debited from your account on the 27th of every month / every other month.
- 11. To create a subscription, complete the form on via https://pay.gocardless.com/BRT00042CFZF1AE then please send me a WhatsApp with the amount and frequency of payment collection.
